or for patients who develop multiple NMSC each year.


- Organ transplant recipients
- Genetic syndromes patients at increased risk for skin cancer
- Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome, Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Basex's Syndrome,
Rombo syndrome
- Long term iatrogenic immunosuppression
- Long term HIV survivors
- Lymphoma patients (Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Non Hodgkin's lymphoma)
- Non-immunosuppressed patients that develop >5 non melanoma skin
cancers per year (Basal Cell Carcinoma
Squamous Cell Carcinoma)


- Preventative education
- Early intervention
- Administration of prophylactic regimens
- Prompt surgical care that maximizes cure rates
- Direct access to medical dermatologists and dermatologic surgeons
