Specialty clinic whose goal is to provide the latest in medical and surgical care for patients who are at high risk for non melanoma skin cancer (NMSC) or for patients who develop multiple NMSC each year.

Patients seen in this practice:

• Organ transplant recipients
• Genetic syndromes patients at increased risk for skin cancer
• Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome, Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Basex's Syndrome, Rombo syndrome
• Long term iatrogenic immunosuppression
• Long term HIV survivors
• Lymphoma patients (Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Non Hodgkin's lymphoma)
• Non-immunosuppressed patients that develop >5 non melanoma skin cancers per year (Basal Cell Carcinoma
  Squamous Cell Carcinoma)

Clinical goals:

• Preventative education
• Early intervention
• Administration of prophylactic regimens
• Prompt surgical care that maximizes cure rates
• Direct access to medical dermatologists and dermatologic surgeons
