• Click on the letter which corresponds to the first letter of your or your patient's diagnosis (for example, "E" for eczema) and scroll down to your diagnosis.
• When you click on your diagnosis, you will be sent to a page with the contact information for the correct practice for the evaluation and treatment of that skin condition. Remember the name of that practice when you call.
• For certain practices, referral by a physician or dermatologist may be required, and consultation information must be received before the appointment.
